Position Summary:
The Analyst Sales is responsible for providing Pricing support, Item Set-up, Maintenance & Management and researching and solving SBT/Missing Scans issues to support to the National Customer Team. This position will be responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy in internal and external systems and provide data and analytical support to ensure SBT related and other major corporate selling activities are executed. This role will be responsible for executing Price Increases and assuring data is accurate and timely.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Distribution
  • BBU Auth Lists (100+) - Includes Management of Ocado Sheds
  • Addition of New items upon verification of set-up (Kompass & One-Off's)
  • Assist MasterFiles with set-up of Auth List
  • Removal of deleted items or conversion
  • Clean-up of Auth List
  • Request for Auth List Research
  • Pre & Post IMF Submission & Communication
  • Tracking Submissions/Communications (Internal/Customer)
  • Work internally & externally to manage new item submissions while managing existing portfolio
  • Communication to Field Teams upon Kompass timing & items being added to auth list (FTM items)
  • Customer SBT (Customer Facing & Internal)
  • Communication (Customer/BBU SBT Facing)
  • Research/Validation (Customer/BBU SBT Facing)
  • Recovery (Customer/BBU SBT Facing)
  • Cross Checks (Customer/BBU SBT Facing)
  • Support Conversion of Barcel & HT SBT conversion
  • Support Trade Point Contracts Administration for both Promotion and Everyday Pricing
  • Supports Price Increases Administration
  • Post Audits
  • Review & Reconcile any outstanding post audits needed for AR
  • Collect backup as needed
  • Maintenance of BBU Supplier Data within Customer Portal
  • Key Contact for BBU & Customer
  • Entry/Maintenance of BBU Bakeries (30 applicable to Customer at this time)
  • Entry/Maintenance of produced items per bakery
  • Communicating with various BBU Contacts to Track BBU Bakery Locations (Global depending on where items are produced)
  • Adding all new items for Kompass to each producing Bakery
  • Compliance for Customer on Food Safety Compliance and Social Compliance Certificates
  • Updating legal documents as needed (signed off and sent to me by Legal - W-9, contracts etc.)
  • Compliance for additional Customer accounts as well
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Work History:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education.
  • Ideal candidate will possess:
  • 1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus.
  • Experiencing working directly with a Customer
  • Must have strong Project Management acumen.
  • Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
  • Proficient in customer tools and syndicated data such as Market 6, IRI and Stratum preferred
  • Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Minder preferred.
  • Travel is minimal
