Job Title: Production Maintenance Supervisor

  • The Production Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that production equipment and machinery, function reliably and safely and that the facility is in good working condition.  
  • This position, monitors workers responsible for the maintenance of production equipment and related systems.  Assists with diagnosing and analyzing of the equipment failures and implements fixes.  Implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) rules and regulations.  
  • Having experience working with ammonia in the food & beverage field preferred but not required. In our fast-paced production environment, this Supervisor role is an integral part of the manufacturing process.
  • SHIFT is Tuesday through Friday 3:30pm to 2:30 am.
 
The requirements of the Production Maintenance Supervisor are:
  • To have an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or University/Technical School or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Ten (10) plus years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Understand the facility’s Pre-requisite and Food Safety Programs, including but not limited to Food Defense, BBP, Glass, and Brittle Plastic, Chemical Control, GMP, Allergen, Shipping, and Receiving, etc. This position requires the individual to be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
