Reports To: Manager, Enterprise Systems Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Systems Specialist supports, optimizes, and continuously improves the technology platforms enabling Hays' end-to-end Supply Chain processes. The role serves as the functional expert for Supply Chain systems, supporting Procurement, Supplier Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and related business functions through system administration, reporting, integrations, training, and continuous improvement.Enterprise System Administration
  • Support Kojo, Vista, Epicor, TradeTapp, and future Supply Chain applications.
  • Configure users, workflows, approvals and security.
  • Coordinate with IT and software vendors.
  • Maintain system documentation.
Business Process Improvement
  • Analyze business processes.
  • Develop standardized workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
System Configuration & Implementation
  • Configure enhancements.
  • Support upgrades, testing and deployments.
  • Participate in implementations.
Integration Management
  • Support system integrations.

  • Experience with ERP platforms (Vista, Epicor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Power BI, Power Platform, Kojo or SQL experience preferred.
