Job Title: Bus Sales Operations Administrator

We are a 100% employee-owned organization based in Central MN, employing over 250 team members across the Midwest and Canada.

This position is located at our North Central St. Cloud location. St. Cloud, also known as the Granite City, is home to several parks and attractions highlighting our granite mining history. For example, Quarry Park and Nature Preserve is a 683 acre preserve with 20 former granite quarries and is a great place to swim, scuba, fish, climb, or admire.

Position Description:
As the Bus Sales Operations Administrator, you play a crucial role in bringing customer orders from concept to delivery! This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you will coordinate customized bus orders, work closely with manufacturers and internal teams, manage delivery timelines, support bid and rebate programs, and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.

This position has a wage range of $23 - $28 per hour based on experience.
This position will remain posted until filled with resume review ongoing.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential of becoming a regular, full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Essential Functions:
  • Order Management amp; Vendor Coordination: proof and submit customized bus orders, coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, manage chassis/body delivery amp; payment, and ensure order accuracy throughout the process
  • Vehicle Preparation amp; Delivery: coordinate work orders, pre-delivery inspections, option inspections, invoicing, DMV title amp; license processing, and final delivery schedules to ensure vehicles are delivered accurately and timely
  • Bids, Compliance amp; Documentation: oversee the completion and accuracy of MN school bus RFPs/bids and maintain knowledge of internal processes and key supplier contracts
  • Issue Resolution amp; Financial Administration: partner with service department to resolve discrepancies and collect all applicable manufacturer rebates
  • Sales amp; Marketing Support: maintain trade show displays and literature, assist with sued bus sales, and support additional business needs as assigned
