Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and supply chain management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity

- Monitor production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and finished goods

- Oversee the supply chain, including sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers

- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
