The F&B Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.


F&B Supervisor - ย Full Time / SCP Redmond/ PM SHIFT $25 to $28 per hour, full-time with benefits.


PM SHIFT ย (Floating all FOH positions: Hosting, Bartending, Serving, & Inventory/Ordering)


The Job

  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Observing guest reactions and conferring frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
  • Follow Hotel policies with lost and found items.
  • Adhere to Hotel requirements for guest and team member accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
  • Continuously promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts.
  • Encourage HotelScheduledAllocial Media/5-star compliments or reviews on OTA's.
  • Supervision and Leadership - Lead and supervise the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Customer Service - Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests, overseeing service standards, and addressing guest concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Monitor the quality of service and food presentation to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of:
  1. hotel features/services, hours of operation.
  2. scheduled in-house group activities, locations, and times.
  3. all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
  4. Point of Sale software and Time Management systems.
  • Assist in overseeing all F&B inventories and financial transactions.
  • Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures.
  • Inspect, plan, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in complete readiness for servce.
  • Report all accidents and breakages to the F&B Manager or Executive Chef in charge.
  • Adhere to relevant Food Safety Hygiene standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate breaks and assign work duties to team members.
  • Assist team members with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Fluency in other languages is beneficial.
  • Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy.
  • Outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work within POS, PMS, CRM, and other Hospitality-specific software systems.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Must have the ability to resolve problems and/or conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts using basic math.

Supervision

  • Reports to the F&B Manager.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Bartending Experience
  • Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in food service operations required.
  • Must have State Issued Food Handler's Certificate.
  • Must have State Alcohol Server Certification.
