MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Manager to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
The Knowledge Manager will leverage their technical expertise to align processes and technology, ensuring seamless information sharing across analyst organizations for high-priority analytic production.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in the alignment of processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Working with management and internal teams to successfully navigate knowledge management initiatives and information sharing protocols.
  • Documenting and updating required knowledge management procedures while maintaining a robust library of accessible documentation.
  • Recommending and implementing process and policy improvements to optimize the flow of information across the organization.
  • Maintaining configuration management items and policies related to information sharing and data flow.
  • Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all information sharing requirements.
  • Traveling within the CONUS for up to 25% of the time as required to support mission objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate's degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
  • Experience in knowledge management, specifically aligning technology with organizational processes.
  • Experience working across a team to drive a security and information sharing agenda with complex, intertwined data flows.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology and process documentation.
  • Experience meeting technical requirements in a sponsor's environment or similar high-stakes government contracting environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of specialized experience in knowledge management within the sponsor's environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent people skills who is able to work across teams and drive change throughout an organization.
  • Experience with compliance and knowledge management automation tools.
  • Experience with AI tools and integration with knowledge management solutions.

Clearance Requirements:
  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
