Class: Full-time or Part-time

UDA Technologies is seeking a writer to help create and maintain customer-facing Knowledge Base content for our project management software.

This role focuses on explaining software clearly—turning features and workflows into simple, easy-to-follow instructions for real users. While the primary focus is documentation, there may be opportunities to contribute to other content as your product and industry knowledge grows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with product, support, and sales teams to identify documentation needs
  • Improve content based on customer questions and feedback
  • Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and style
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on creating clear, user-centered content
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly instructions
  • Interest in software and learning new systems
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (or currently pursuing a degree in a related field)
  • Writing samples required
  • Bonus: Include a writing sample that demonstrates your ability to explain how to complete a task or use a feature. If you don’t already have one, feel free to create a short example (for example, step‑by‑step instructions for completing a task in any software or system).
Salary & Benefits

Compensation is based on your experience and qualifications.

Benefits for all employees include a discounted health club membership, Friday team breakfasts, and other office perks. Full‑time employees are eligible for 401(k), profit‑sharing, BlueCross BlueShield health and dental coverage, vacation, holidays and sick leave.
