Digital Content Manager
Summary
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the design and production of a wide range of communications assets, including website visuals, video content, presentations, and digital communications/advertising materials and externally branded initiatives. This individual will translate communications strategies into visually compelling and effective creative executions, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print channels. Will also act as Communications Department Ai Integration Strategy and Implementation Coordinator, helping driving communications efficiencies through Ai integration. The right person for this exciting opportunity is someone versed in the current multimedia communications landscape of today, while looking ahead for Ai-driven integration and optimization strategies for tomorrow.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Website/Social design and management
  • Create and implement visually appealing, responsive website layouts and landing pages.
  • Manage external communications operations and daily social media strategic management.
  • Design and optimize all visual assets for the website, including graphics, icons, and photography.
  • Collaborate with/manage consultants to ensure seamless integration of designs and optimal user experience (UX/UI).
  • Perform regular website updates and maintenance, ensuring all content adheres to brand and quality standards.

Video production and editing
  • Manage the full video production lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to shooting and editing. Assist w/ outside consultants.
  • Shoot high-quality and timely video footage for marketing, promotional, and social media campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content, adding graphics, text overlays, and sound design.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms and align with campaign goals.

Presentation and graphic design
  • Develop and design compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks, strategic planning, public facing presentations/assets and client proposals.
  • Create and produce a variety of digital and print marketing collateral, such as social media graphics, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, and infographics.
  • Utilize and maintain brand style guides to ensure consistent and high-quality visual execution across all materials.

Advertising and marketing assets
  • Design and produce creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social and email marketing.
  • Create other digital materials as needed, including logos, illustrations, and animations.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library of videos, photos, and other creative materials.
  • Monitor and Maintain all digital assets

Qualifications and skills
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital asset management and content creation. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work is essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Familiarity with website management tools like WordPress or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and video production techniques. Ability to shoot and edit video, and manage outside consultants.
  • Creative Abilities: Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal communications teams and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
