Job Summary:The Web Content Analyst supports analysis on low to moderately complex customer business needs and supports web solutions that elevate customer experience and drives measurable business outcomes.This position is considered entry level and performs work of low complexity. The incumbent works under direct supervision and may take direction from a more senior team member. This job does not have any direct reports.
Responsibilities:Assist with website enhancement projects (project management artifacts and documentation).Codes, debugs, tests, deploys, supports and documents low to moderately complex web user experience styling enhancements including browser compatibility, and accessibilityProvides ongoing technical support to stakeholders.Drafts content using web and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices with stakeholders.Contributes to consistent implementation with adherence to security protocols and brand guidelinesSupports contingency plans for websites to deliver mission critical, time-sensitive crisis communications requiring continuous operational readiness.
