Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In Clinic

Full-Time | Tennessee

Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience

Know Boundaries is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an on-site clinic position.

We are committed to delivering exceptional clinical services while maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment for our clinicians.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze data and update programming to ensure meaningful client progress
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Support and mentor clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training
  • Maintain high standards for ethical practice and documentation compliance

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensed in Tennessee
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
