Job Description:
Bergeron’s of Gonzales is looking for dependable and motivated Kitchen Staff/Cooks to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys preparing great food, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
    •    Assist with food prep and plating as needed
    •    Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area following food safety standards
    •    Work as a team to ensure timely service for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders
    •    Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
    •    Support other kitchen staff and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
    •    Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    •    Strong teamwork and communication skills
    •    Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
    •    Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
