The Food Services team is hiring Kitchen Porters in preparation for our busy fall/winter 2026 season. These folks are responsible for the cleaning of all the kitchen equipment including, but not limited to the following: pans, trays and stock pots, dishes, glassware, serving utensils. Additional responsibilities include the removal of all empty boxes and full trash containers, putting down chairs in the outlets, filling the ice machines and putting the stock delivery away, plus any other requests from the supervisors, cooks or chefs.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Monitors and empties trash on a regular basis.
  • Assists chefs in assigned kitchen projects.
  • Cleans, stores and maintains all kitchen pots and pans.
  • Operation of dish machine; Set up, maintain, and break down the dish machine and dish machine area. Returning all equipment (plates, glasses, silverware) to their appropriate storage areas
  • Weekly maintenance of fryers, hood vents, and sweeping and mopping the floors as needed for safety.
  • Contributes to the effective team management of all problems, issues, and opportunities.
  • Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate.

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Ability to follow instructions and lead by example

This is a physical position that requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
