What You'll Do
  • Wash dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout service

  • Keep all kitchen and storage areas clean, sanitized, and stocked

  • Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard while maintaining cleanliness standards

  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries

  • Support the culinary team with light prep and other tasks as needed

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines

  • Help maintain the high standards expected of an award-winning restaurant
