We are building world-class luxury brands in cigars, fine dining, and entertainment, and we’re seeking a polished, professional Dishwasher/Porter to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of Miami’s most ambitious premium lifestyle destinations — combining Michelin‑level cuisine, bespoke cocktails, elite cigars, and unforgettable guest experiences.
About the Role:
As a Dishwasher / Porter, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
 What You’ll Do:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, trash rooms, and employee restrooms

  • Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper locations

  • Remove trash and recyclables, and clean garbage bins regularly

  • Sweep and mop floors throughout the kitchen and dish areas

  • Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing dry and cold storage

  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment

  • Support chefs and kitchen team with general cleaning and porter duties as needed
     

Ideal Candidate:
