Kitchen Manager – Big Woods Pizza (Nashville, IN) | Full-Time

Big Woods Pizza in Nashville, IN is hiring an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back‑of‑house team. Big Woods Restaurants is a growing Indiana‑based restaurant group known for great food, excellent service, and a strong commitment to hospitality. We operate 10+ restaurant locations across Indiana and continue to expand.

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager with strong leadership skills, restaurant experience, and a passion for high‑quality food and kitchen operations.


Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all kitchen staff during daily restaurant operations

  • Train, coach, and develop back‑of‑house team members

  • Create weekly kitchen schedules based on business needs

  • Maintain smooth service flow across all kitchen stations

  • Oversee food preparation, food quality, and food consistency

  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and product rotation

  • Reduce food waste and support cost‑control goals

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and Health Department regulations

  • Assist on the line and support all kitchen stations as needed

  • Complete additional tasks to support restaurant operations


Kitchen Manager Qualifications
