Qualifications

NEEDED

These Essential Skills are required:

  • At least five years experience in an a luxury hotel kitchen or upscale restaurant
  • Staff management experience
  • Experience with breakfast foods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English

These Desirable Skills will put you at the top of the stack:

  • Culinary Arts Degree
  • Experience managing Union staff
  • Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement
