Olde Brick House is a locally owned Irish pub known for great food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, maintain high culinary standards, and help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen team during daily operations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and recipe execution.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
  • Schedule, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
  • Work alongside the team during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.


Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen management or leadership experience preferred.
