About the Role:

You will oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, and other confections, ensuring consistency and excellence in every product. This role requires creativity in developing new recipes and seasonal offerings while maintaining traditional favorites. You will manage inventory, maintain kitchen hygiene, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to align pastry offerings with overall menu concepts. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute significantly to the reputation and success of our culinary operations by delivering exceptional pastry experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Formal culinary training or certification in pastry arts from an accredited institution.
