Job Summary:
The Kitchen Manager at Fatboiz in McDonough, Georgia will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest level of food quality and service for our guests. This is a full-time, management role that requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating delicious and memorable meals. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen management, a love for food, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $4000 per month, paid biweekly. In addition, the selected candidate will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as vacation and sick time. As a member of our team, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Create and update menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
