Front of House (FOH) Manager

A Front of House Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, assists the General Manager with the Restaurant’s daily operations.

As our Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our busiest shifts and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

You will:

  • Lead the dining room, lounge, bar, and host team during evening and weekend service
  • Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff in real time
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure outstanding hospitality
  • Manage labour, scheduling adjustments, and floor positioning
  • Oversee cash handling and end-of-night procedures
  • Maintain Boston Pizza brand standards for service, cleanliness, food safety, and liquor compliance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Work closely with the kitchen leadership team to deliver exceptional execution
