Additional Job Description:

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have current Food Safety Certification
  • 3-5 years of culinary experience with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost control principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse kitchen team.
  • Passion for local sourcing, fresh ingredients, and authentic hospitality.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work near heat, cold, and wet surfaces.
  • Extended periods of standing and working in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Safe and efficient use of knives, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment required.
  • High School Diploma
  • This position requires ServSafe, or other approved Food Safety Certification, within 90 days of employment or promotion.

Pay Range:

$61,000.00 - $79,000.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
