Job Summary:

Kitchen Managers need to be able to handle operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy and Food. Must be able to work alongside a diverse team. Has ability to work in and handle a fast-paced environment. The expectation of the Kitchen Manager is to work alongside all Team Members during peak hours as well as provide support, direction, and best practices in all aspects of kitchen operations. This position reports directly to the Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager and assists in all aspects of Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
  • Verify and correct where necessary, that all products are stored and prepared based on the Craft Food Hall standards.
  • Check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points.
  • Supervise kitchen team members are following all food and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a positive work environment for your team members.
  • Train team members on menu builds and standards.
  • Comfortability with corrective action and corrective training where necessary.
  • Verifying team members are maintaining sanitation levels.
  • Partner with the Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager and ensure an open line of communication.
