This position is responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in seasonal menu execution, inventory, ordering/purchasing, controlling food cost, training and sanitation 
  • Assist in personnel management of team level hiring, scheduling, termination, coaching and development.
  • Assist management with food and labor costs 
  • Execute production under the direction of Senior Leadership
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Qualified candidates will possess at least 2+ years of culinary experience with knowledge of food specifications including but not limited to sanitation, preparation, presentation and basic cooking methods. 


In addition, a successful candidate must be professional, innovative, and possess well-rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts.
