This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented kitchen staff in a luxurious environment, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards

- Develop and update menus in collaboration with executive chefs, considering guest preferences and seasonal ingredients

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety protocols

- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest service

- Maintain a positive, professional work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement


Skills and Qualifications:
