Job description

The Kitchen Staff will perform a wide range of duties of food preparation and delivery.


Duties:

1. Food prep following established policies.

2. Restock supplies and food items as needed

3. Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards

4. Maintain all areas to health code standards

5. Communicate kitchen needs to management

6. Interact with patrons as needed.

7. Performs other related duties as required.

Malco Theatres is a movie theatre chain that has remained family owned and operated for over one hundred years. It has been led by four generations. Malco has 33 theatre locations with over 345 screens in six states (including Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee). Malco also operates two bowling and family entertainment centers in southern Louisiana and a bowling family entertainment center in Oxford, MS, under the brand, Premier Lanes.
