Full-Time Back of House Manager (PM)



About This Role

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented leader who is ready to lead the kitchen. As a Back of House Manager, you will be responsible for the heart of our operation - ensuring every order that leaves our kitchen meets the Chick-fil-A standard for quality, speed, and safety. This is a full-time night shift leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a clean, efficient, and high-performing kitchen.



Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Consistent evening/night availability required until 11pm

Minimum Age: 20 years

Free meal every shift!

Sundays off every week!



What You'll Be Responsible For

Kitchen Operations

  • Oversee all back-of-house operations during your shift, including food preparation, cooking, and order assembly
  • Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, portion accuracy, and ticket speed
  • Ensure the kitchen is organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards without exception
  • Complete the weekly required Compliance Report

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members in real time
  • Position and manage the team effectively to meet volume demands throughout the shift
  • Hold team members accountable to safety, cleanliness, and performance standards
  • Identify and invest in team members who are ready to grow into leadership

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Front of House Managers to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and guest-facing operations
  • Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure to keep the team focused and productive
  • Escalate operational or personnel concerns to restaurant leadership as needed
