Love leading a fast-paced kitchen and building a strong team? As Kitchen Manager at The Tap, you'll run the heart of the restaurant-driving food quality, team development, and smooth daily operations. You'll partner with leadership to keep things fresh, efficient, and consistently great for our guests.
What you'll do:

  • Lead the kitchen team-hire, train, coach, and build a strong, accountable crew
  • Execute and evolve menus with the leadership team, keeping things fresh and on-trend
  • Own food quality, consistency, and presentation every shift
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully compliant with health standards
  • Improve workflows to keep tickets moving and guests happy
  • Support the front of house and step in on guest experience when needed
What we're looking for:
  • 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong leadership style-hands-on, motivating, and team-focused
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
