ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. 

  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. 

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes. 

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards. 

  • Assist in food preparation activities, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items. 

  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment. 

  • Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety. 

  • Restock and replenish food items, supplies, and condiments as needed. 

  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash handling procedures. 

  • Collaborate with Crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including coordinating with kitchen staff and servers. 

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary. 

  • Uphold the restaurant's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times. 

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. 

  • Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. 

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers. 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and crew members. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. 

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus. 

  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. 

  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. 

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
