  • Food Prep Assistance: Help prepare beverages, snacks, side dishes, and portion desserts according to daily meal plans and therapeutic diet requirements.

  • Kitchen & Dining Maintenance: Clear dining tables, load and operate the commercial dishwasher, sanitize prep stations, and assist with sweeping, mopping, and trash removal in the kitchen area.

  • Dietary Compliance: Follow personalized resident diet cards to ensure texture modifications (e.g., pureed, mechanical soft) and liquid consistencies match physician orders.

  • Resident Interaction: Build friendly, positive relationships with residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable, comfortable, and dignified.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous food service, restaurant, or dietary aide experience in a senior living, hospital, or school setting is a plus, but we are happy to train dependable individuals with a great attitude!

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry food trays or lift up to 30 lbs during your shift.

  • The Heart: Friendly demeanor, patience, strong attendance, and a genuine passion for serving older adults.

What We Offer

  • Immediate Pay Access: Get paid before payday using the RAIN Earned Wage Access app!

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.

  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO and paid holiday packages.

  • Retirement: 401(k) options to help plan for your future.

  • Fresh Culture: A welcoming, supportive team environment backed by leadership that values every member of the building.
