Job description

Job Summary:
As a Kitchen Aid, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. You will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen and the timely preparation of meals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats.
2. Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and blenders under supervision.
3. Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation.
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
5. Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, rotating stock as necessary to maintain freshness.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
7. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
8. Assist in inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and notifying supervisors when supplies are running low.
9. Participate in training programs and staff meetings as required.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or kitchen management.

Qualifications:
