What does a typical workday look like for a clinical professional at Kindbody?

A typical workday at Kindbody involves direct patient care, including conducting consultations, performing or assisting with fertility diagnostics, and guiding patients through personalized treatment plans. Team members regularly collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care and a seamless patient experience. Documentation and coordination using electronic health records are also integral to the workflow. The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with continual opportunities to learn and contribute to advancements in reproductive medicine.

What is a Kindbody job?

A Kindbody job typically refers to a role at Kindbody, a healthcare company specializing in fertility, gynecology, and wellness services. Employees at Kindbody work in various roles, including medical professionals, patient care coordinators, and administrative staff, to support individuals and families on their reproductive health journeys. Kindbody jobs often involve patient-focused care, innovative fertility treatments, and a commitment to improving access to reproductive healthcare.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Kindbody position, and why are they important?

As an employee at Kindbody, strong clinical expertise in women's health or fertility care, relevant medical credentials (such as RN, PA, or physician licenses), and knowledge of reproductive health protocols are essential. Familiarity with patient management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and fertility-specific diagnostic tools is often required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to educate and support patients make candidates stand out in this environment. These capabilities are critical for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, technology-enabled fertility clinic.

Job description

About Us

Dorsia is at the forefront of hospitality-tech innovation, redefining how the world gains access to the most in-demand restaurants, events, and experiences. By fusing cutting-edge technology with the art of luxury hospitality, we empower our members to secure impossible-to-get reservations while providing operators with unprecedented levels of control, visibility, and revenue optimization.

As a fast-growing startup backed by over $50M from top-tier investors including Index Ventures, along with strategic industry partners such as Major Food Group (Carbone, Torissi, etc.), Groot Hospitality (Casadonna, Papi Steak, etc.), and Gracious Hospitality (COTE, Coqodaq, etc.), we are rapidly expanding our footprint and reshaping the global hospitality landscape with proven expertise. We're adding exceptional talent to drive our next phase of growth, and that's where you come in.

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Engineer to join our nimble, high-impact team. As a generalist, you'll work across the stack-shipping core product features, scaling systems, and improving the user experience. You'll use cutting-edge tools, including AI-powered development environments, cloud-native platforms, and fast feedback loops to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

What You'll Do
  • Build Full Stack Features: Architect, implement, and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP/TypeScript), and infrastructure.
  • Use AI to Accelerate Development: Leverage state of the art generative AI tools  to prototype, debug, and automate faster.
  • Contribute Across Surfaces: Tackle UI polish, system performance, backend logic, and operational tooling with equal enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work directly with design, product, and operations to define requirements and ship user-facing improvements.
  • Own Quality & Maintainability: Write clean, testable code and help establish practices that keep the codebase healthy as we grow.
What You BringMust-Haves:
  • 2-10 years of engineering experience, ideally with fast-moving product teams
  • Experience building full stack apps with React, Typescript, and a server side language like PHP, Python or Ruby
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Strong product sense and an eye for good UX
  • Comfort using AI tools to boost productivity and reduce repetitive work
  • High agency and ownership mindset-you ship and unblock yourself
  • 5 days a week in our SoHo NYC office
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Proficiency in React Native and mobile development workflows (Expo, OTA updates, etc.)
  • Experience with mobile performance optimization and observability
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API design
  • Background in hospitality, luxury, or marketplace products (bonus points)
  • Comfort with SQL, Redis, and deployment workflow
Tech Stack Snapshot
  • Frontend: React Native
  • Backend: PHP (Laravel), TypeScript (Node), PostgreSQL, Redis
  • Infra: AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel, Terraform, GitHub Actions
  • Internal Tools: Retool, Metabase, Segment, dbt

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and stage. We determine our pay by considering skills and experience related to the role, location, and ensuring internal equity relative to other Dorsia employees
  • Flexible PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • FSA
  • Commuter benefits
  • Free membership to One Medical
  • Teladoc
  • Talkspace
  • Kindbody
  • 401(k)
  • In-office lunch 3 days a week
  • Employee Dining Credits

Compensation is based on your experience and the scope of the role. Final compensation is based on factors like experience, location, and internal equity. This role also includes equity and a full suite of benefits. Typical base salary ranges are:

  • Junior level: $100,000-$160,000

  • Mid level: $150,000-$200,000

  • Senior level: $190,000-$250,000
