LCH Health and Community Services (LCH) is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to help maintain our healthcare facilities in southern Chester County, PA. This position plays a key role in ensuring our buildings are safe, functional, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs
  • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building issues
  • Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records
  • Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors
  • Support facility improvement projects and office moves
  • Maintain grounds, including snow and ice removal
  • Conduct safety inspections and help ensure OSHA compliance
  • Manage facility access systems, alarms, and security coordination
  • Respond to maintenance and safety issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational training preferred
  • 2-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
