DESCRIPTION

The Store Supervisor is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the Store Manager in a variety of store operations duties. This position serves as a role model of barista responsibilities and serves as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience

Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush

Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members

Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance

Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales

Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner

Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures

Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability

Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested
