Lead Retail Sales Associate

We are currently hiring a full-time Lead Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an on-site, face-to-face role ideal for individuals who are driven, customer-focused, and excited to build experience in sales, customer service, and brand representation.

As a Lead Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to provide product education, personalized service solutions, and an outstanding customer experience. This Lead Retail Sales Associate position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships while achieving performance goals.

Lead Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Associate, your primary focus will be customer engagement, consultative selling, and client support.
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service and sales support
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Present products and services clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through enrollment and follow-up

Qualifications
