Overview Green Key Resources is expanding our Accounting Support & Financial Support (AS/FS) recruiting team in New York. We’re looking for a motivated recruiter with 2+ years of experience hiring within account support, financial support, or related professional services roles. This is a hybrid position (4 days/week onsite) working with a collaborative, high‑performing team.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for AS/FS roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across accounting support, financial support, administrative support, and related functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database.
  • Provide a high‑touch, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals to support team success.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation insights, and competitive activity within the AS/FS space.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in account support, financial support, or similar professional services roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage a fast‑paced desk with multiple open requisitions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal partners.
  • A proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, metrics‑driven environment.
  • Ability to work hybrid in our New York office (4 days onsite).
