Carolina Ale House is looking for a phenomenal Kitchen Key Hourly Manager to join our team in Augusta!


  • Provide support to the Manager-on-Duty (MOD)

  • Acts as shift leader and lead all staff working in the kitchen

  • Upholds all company values and service standards at all times

  • Assist with conducting pre-shift huddles

  • Achieve operational directives

  • Communicates problems or issues to the MOD

  • Communicates effectively with staff, guests, and other members of management

  • Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures

  • Work with team to accomplish targets

  • Ensure the safety and health of employees & guests at all times

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
