From initially selling and servicing fire extinguishers, we have transformed ourselves into a full-service fire and life safety corporation. We now specialize in sprinkler system testing, repair and installation , kitchen and restaurant systems , fire alarm design, installation and service , backflow prevention devices , full service alarm monitoring , fire pump repair and installation , and underground hydrant repairs and installation , among the many services we offer .

The National Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a national level. Overall, the National Account Coordinator will process work orders provided by our customers and dispatch them to our various teams. They will provide day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives. A desired candidate is professional, an excellent communicator, organized, and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple large company accounts
Process work orders provided by our customers and dispatch to our various departments to be scheduled.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned national accounts
Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (i.e., quotes)
Update internal systems with account information
Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are fulfilled appropriately
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper service occurs in a timely manner
Communicate necessary information to other departments to ensure service goals are met and to ensure each service is executed and recorded accurately
Initiate contact with customers and maintain customer expectations and effectively communicate these expectations to internal teams
Build relationships with key personnel
Investigate and resolve questions and issues raised
Assist team members with other projects as necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned or required
Requirements
High school diploma/ GED
2+ years prior customer service work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working off dual monitors
Able to work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details/ high precision
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Desire and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
Knowledge of fire systems and tools
Experience managing national accounts, highly preferred
Knowledge of Profit Zoom, Building Reports, Compliance Engine, Asset Management Portals and Paylocity
