You are a senior discussion partner with experience managing key accounts. You will work closely with the marketing, R&D, and sales teams to further develop innovation strategies together. Your responsibilities :
  • Key Account Management: You are responsible for the success of our large North American clients. You build and maintain long-term relationships at the highest level (C-level).
  • Consultative Selling: You provide strategic advice and act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them find the right solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Strategy and Commercial Growth: You actively contribute to commercial growth-from identifying opportunities to closing deals. This includes expanding existing relationships through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: You know how to communicate effectively at C-level and build strong, sustainable relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: You follow market developments and ensure our strategy and value propositions remain aligned with client needs.

Your Qualifications
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably as a key account manager, customer success manager, or a comparable position in a B2B environment.
  • You have completed a bachelor's degree (HBO level).
  • You have experience with consultative selling and with up-selling and cross-selling.
  • You have proven experience managing large key accounts and working at C-level.
  • You have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • You are results-oriented, proactive, and have a strategic mindset.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Experience in the dynamic food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • You are highly structured and process-driven, capable of building frameworks and bringing clarity to complex commercial workflows.
  • You are a strong team coordinator who works effectively with internal partners-including consultants, analysts, support, sales, and the technical team-to ensure seamless delivery for clients.
