Job description

As an Account Manager will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales achievement, growth of territory, market development and key strategic objectives in the promotion and sales of the Merz Aesthetics injectables, and skincare product portfolio within a defined geographical area.

Territory: Etobicoke, Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, North York

In This Role You Will

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan using data and insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive loyalty and business growth.
  • Manage sales of the injectable portfolio and, where applicable, the skincare line.
  • Deliver clear, compelling, and compliant sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product and competitive knowledge to support effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative responsibilities, including CRM updates, expense reports, training modules, and sample tracking.
  • Adhere to all compliance protocols related to customer interactions and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Aesthetics team to align on goals and maximize portfolio performance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven sales experience in a business to business environment with documented success
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exceptional selling and training skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and understanding the customer’s business and needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to establish strong relationships
  • Ability to drive sales results in given geographies
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • MS Office skills
