Position: Senior Account Executive (Account Executive Level 2)
Location: Florence, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour with opportunities for monthly team bonus incentives and additional benefits upon permanent hire!
What You'll Do:
✅ Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and accounts receivable
✅ Verify and audit invoices and transportation documents
✅ Process client funding and invoice purchases
✅ Perform collections and account aging management
✅ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and debtors
✅ Monitor compliance documentation and account files
✅ Communicate with clients, referral sources, and internal teams
✅ Handle data entry, invoice imaging, and administrative duties
Qualifications:
✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Associate degree or higher preferred
✔ Previous customer service, accounts receivable, factoring, or invoice auditing experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
