What You'll Do:
  • Work with Director of Key Accounts and Nutrien field staff to identify and assign key accounts to target
  • Establish and develop trusting relationships with accounts
  • Account level sales planning and overall account management
  • Develop and maintain relationships, sales growth strategies and activities with Key accounts
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with Key Accounts
  • Develop and implement business approaches to maximize growth and profitability with specifically identified Top Producer accounts
  • Collaborate with Nutrien field staff to ensure flawless execution to meet the needs of key accounts
  • Establish a continuous feedback approach and process to connect with Key Accounts
  • Co-create with Sales and Marketing, lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year customer centric grower experience
  • Execute pilots, tactics, and relationship initiatives, while tracking performance and adjusting tactics to meet market conditions
  • Own budget and forecasting for identified and assigned Top Producers
  • Document identified information about Key accounts so that it can be shared within our organization.
  • Champion Key accounts team and strategy with our sales organization and other Nutrien Ag Solutions teams
  • Maintain open channels of communication and collaboration with the regions and divisions via regular updates and quarterly strategy meetings both remote and in-person
  • Collaborate with Director of Proprietary Support & Solutions to enable solutions offering in Key Accounts. centric approach

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales and marketing in an agriculture-related field or other related experience
