Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Accounts Manager, to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing and expanding relationships with key distribution partnersScanSourceand TD SYNNEX. Ideally, you will have prior experience working for one of these partners and have a strong understanding of their sales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong partnerships with these distributors and resellers, driving sales growth by mobilizing their sales and marketing teams to support and promote the Algo product portfolio.

As a key player in our North American sales strategy, you will be expected toleverageyour industryexpertise, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills to expand Algo’s reach, ensure partner success, and achieve revenuetargets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build andmaintainstrong, collaborative relationships with existing and potential channel partners.Identifynew business opportunities within these relationships and develop strategies to drive partner growth.
  • Product Evangelism : Champion the Algo product portfolio within the channel ecosystem. Provide thorough product training to both the sales and technical teams of channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge needed to effectively sell and support Algo products.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to conduct regular business reviews with channel partners. Analyze sales data and performance metrics toidentifyareas for improvement and ensure alignment with sales targets.
  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement co-branded marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to enhance partner engagement and drive lead generation.
  • Training and Support: Offer continuous product and sales training to channel partners. Act as a subject matter expert to help partners understand the full range of Algo’s offerings and value proposition.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies andidentifynew business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the internal sales team, engineering, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure a unified approach to sales growth. Help drivecross-sellingand upselling initiatives within partner accounts.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting :Maintainaccuratesales forecasts and reporting, providing regular updates on the status of your channel accounts and highlighting key achievements or challenges.
  • Project Quoting & Pricing: Support the team with pricing strategies and project quoting asrequired, ensuring that all client proposals are aligned with businessobjectivesand market conditions.
  • Networking & Industry Events: Represent Algo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Engage with potential partners and customers to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities (travelrequiredwithin Canada and the US).
Key Requirements:
  • Educational Background :Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience :5+years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology industry. Prior experience workingfordistributors ScanSourceand/orTDSYNNEX, is highly desirable.
  • Proven Success: Demonstratedtrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively across various levels of an organization.
  • Strategic Thinker : Strong ability to think strategically,identifyingkey opportunities and executing tactical plans to achieve business goals.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently while achievingsales objectives.
