In this role, you'll work closely with clients, producers, carriers, and underwriting partners to deliver tailored insurance solutions that align with each client's risk profile and business goals. You'll support both new and renewal business while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand coverage portfolios.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Build and strengthen relationships with commercial clients by providing responsive service, proactive communication, and trusted insurance guidance.
  • Manage new and renewal business by evaluating exposures, recommending coverages, and placing policies that align with client needs and carrier guidelines.
  • Quote, market, and write new business opportunities generated through client referrals, walk-in traffic, and inbound inquiries.
  • Review renewal and expiration reports to develop retention strategies and support long-term client success.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by recommending additional coverages that address evolving risks and business needs.
  • Partner with producers, underwriters, carriers, and agency leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and positive client experiences.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a related client-facing role.

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, underwriting principles, and policy administration processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using business technology and client management systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Valuable Additions:
  • Experience within the Property and Casualty Insurance industry.
