Role

The Regional Account Executive is a front-line revenue driver responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landersโ€™ commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management. This role owns the full sales cycle โ€” from pipeline generation to close โ€” while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.

This role manages a regional territory, maintaining key accounts while developing new relationships. Primary targets include commercial opportunities for restoration, emergency response, and construction work.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach, and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy, representing ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility.

  • Manage all activities within the CRM (Luxor), delivering weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, and tracking performance against established targets.

  • Prepare proposals and confidently deliver in-person professional product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a consistently high standard of service delivery.

  • Champion the companyโ€™s culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement in every client interaction and business decision.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in prospecting and lead generation with demonstrated sales achievement in industries such as municipalities, healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, industrial property management, and HOAs.

  • Understanding of government contracts at the local, state, and federal levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent business presentation skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably Luxor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

  • Desire to grow and advance within a sales organization.

At SERVPRO Team Landers, we relentlessly focus on winning โ€” for our customers, our people, and our communities. We act with urgency to solve the problem in front of us, consistently exceeding expectations at every step. It's this drive to continually improve that turns first-time customers into lifelong partners.
