Job DetailsJob Location: Swedesboro - Swedesboro, NJ 08085Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/yearJob Shift: DayJOB TITLE: Key Account Manager - Sales

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Develop a collaborative relationship between Tireco Distributors and Key Accounts
  • Manage communications between client and local sales team
  • Strategic planning to help client meet sales and profitability targets
  • Work closely with client’s supply chain team to support with item set-up, item maintenance, order/inventory management, product development, and market intelligence
  • Working with client’s leadership team to ensure the highest quality of sales support materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Some visitation to existing and new customer locations
  • Prepare for all visits with a detailed agenda including sales updates and actionable goals
  • Uses market research to better understand the drivers behind client buying decisions
  • Uses internal data sources to compile & deliver frequent sales and program updates to client
  • Uses internal data sources to identify opportunities for growth within client markets
Requirement and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ of experience in a similar or related position
  • Extensive knowledge of tire industry
  • Familiarity with e-commerce
  • MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
