Job description

Description
PLUS Technician - Behavioral Health
TMS & Ketamine Services
Location: Edwards, CO
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shifts
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
No experience with TMS or ketamine therapy? That's expected - we train you.
If you've worked as a CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Health Tech, or Psych Tech - or you want to start a healthcare career - this role was built for you.
All Points North Lodge is a behavioral health campus in the Vail Valley. Our PLUS department delivers some of the most advanced treatment available anywhere: Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. As a PLUS Technician, you'll be trained on this equipment on the job, working alongside our medical and clinical teams. Most people in behavioral health never get hands-on exposure to these modalities - here, it's your day-to-day.
What You'll Do
  • Support clients before, during, and after TMS, ketamine, and hyperbaric sessions - comfort, safety, and encouragement are the core of the job
  • Operate treatment equipment per protocol, under licensed supervision (full training provided)
  • Take and record vital signs and brief assessments
  • Document sessions in our electronic health record (we'll teach you the system)
  • Build supportive, professional relationships with clients in residential and outpatient programs
  • Help keep treatment spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly

The above duties reflect the general details considered necessary to describe the principal work functions of the position and are not intended to be a complete listing of all duties.
What You Need
  • A valid driver's license
  • Reliability, sound judgment, and care for people working through mental health and substance use challenges
  • Strong attention to detail - vital signs, documentation, and safety checks have to be right every time
  • A warm, personable presence - much of this job is putting clients at ease and building trust before, during, and after treatment
  • Comfort learning new technology and clinical equipment
  • Full-time availability, daytime schedule

That's it. No degree required. No prior TMS, ketamine, or hyperbaric experience required.
What Helps (But Is Not Required)
  • Experience as a CNA, EMT, MA, BHT, or Psych Tech
  • Coursework or a degree in psychology, neuroscience, or health sciences
  • Experience with electronic health records
Why This Role
  • $25-$30/hour - competitive for clinical support work in the valley
  • Paid, hands-on training in TMS, ketamine-assisted therapy, and hyperbaric medicine - skills that are rare and increasingly in demand
  • A real career path: our techs work directly with psychiatrists, therapists, and medical staff daily; this role is a launchpad toward nursing, clinical, and program leadership tracks
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer matching to help you build your future
  • Paid time off: paid holidays, PTO, and sick time so you can take care of yourself
Where You'll Work
All Points North Lodge sits on a stunning campus in Edwards, Colorado, in the heart of the Vail Valley. This role is best suited to candidates already living in or near the valley (Edwards, Avon, Eagle, Gypsum, Vail, Minturn, Leadville).
