Now Hiring: Behavioral Health Location: Maryland Heights Center for Behavioral Health Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to adult and geriatric psychiatric care. We're looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.

What You'll Do: Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care Provide direct patient interaction and engagement Assist with individual and group activities Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active CNA certification (preferred, not required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (preferred)
