Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic
Wichita Falls, TX

Odyssey Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
This position provides 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in clinic, home, and community settings.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, speech therapy, counseling, or behavioral health careers.
Schedule:
  • Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
Clinic hours:
  • ย Monday โ€“ Friday.
  • 8:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM.
  • Flexible scheduling within clinic hours.
  • Schedules are created based on staff availability and client needs.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  • Collect and record behavioral data.
  • Assist with behavior intervention plans.
  • Support parent and caregiver training.
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs. RTBs, and clinical staff.
  • Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Valid Texas Driverโ€™s License and insurance.
  • Ability to work with children in active environments.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with children ages 0โ€“16.
  • Experience in childcare, education, or special needs support.
  • College coursework in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech, or related fields.
  • No ABA experience required โ€” paid training is provided.
