How You'll Contribute:
Our Miami office is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Estate & Trust team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day administrative operations, supporting client onboarding processes, coordinating billing activities, and ensuring efficient organization across the department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional services environment.
  • Assist with new client setup and onboarding processes
  • Support billing functions, including invoice preparation and administrative tracking
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estate & Trust team
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal scheduling needs
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation
  • Manage correspondence, document formatting, and data entry tasks
  • Assist with general office coordination and team support initiatives
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • In Miami office 5 days/week. 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Requirements
What Skills You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
